By accessing or using TrueVerdict (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including case creators and invited parties.
TrueVerdict provides AI-generated opinions on interpersonal disputes for informational and reflective purposes only.
TrueVerdict is not a legal service. Verdicts are not legally binding. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, psychological advice, or professional mediation. The AI’s ruling is an opinion, not a judgment enforceable in any court or jurisdiction.
Verdicts are generated by Anthropic’s Claude. The models are not licensed professionals of any kind. If you are dealing with a matter requiring legal, psychological, or financial professional advice, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TrueVerdict. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has used the Service, we will delete their account and data immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Email changes
You may change your account email address once every 30 days. Email change requests require verification of both the old and new address.
Account deletion & recovery
When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately. You have a 30-day recovery window. After 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted with no possibility of recovery.
One account per person
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent payment requirements, bans, or any other platform restriction.
By submitting a case, you represent that your account of events is truthful to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading information.
You may not submit cases that involve or describe any of the following:
We reserve the right to remove cases that violate these terms and to suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly do so.
Cases appear on the public feed only if both parties opt in. You may not opt in on behalf of the other party. By opting in, you confirm that you consent to the anonymised version of your case being publicly visible.
TrueVerdict reserves the right to remove any public verdict that violates these terms or that receives a valid complaint from either party.
Your first verdict is free. Subsequent verdicts are charged at $3 per case, payable by the case creator. A monthly unlimited subscription is available at $9/month.
Refunds
Because verdicts are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds once a verdict has been generated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from viewing your verdict, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Whop. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
The TrueVerdict name, logo, and all platform code are the property of TrueVerdict and may not be reproduced without permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform. By submitting, you grant TrueVerdict a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your submission for the sole purpose of generating your verdict. This licence does not extend to any other use, including training AI models.
Verdicts generated by TrueVerdict are provided to you for personal use. You may share your own verdict. You may not reproduce or commercialise verdicts generated for other users.
TrueVerdict is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any verdict or any other content on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueVerdict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made in reliance on an AI-generated verdict.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrueVerdict at any time if you violate these Terms. We will attempt to notify you by email before doing so, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
